    If the Buyer does not agree with these General Terms and Conditions, they must refrain from completing the purchase and leave the website.

    In the event of a clear pricing error, the Company will inform the customer before confirming the order.

    The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, provided that the product has not been opened or handled.

    • In the case of voluntary returns, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

    • In the case of defective products or errors attributable to the Company, return shipping costs will be covered by the Company.

    4.2 Warranty

    The products sold are non-perishable food products. No durability warranties apply beyond the best-before date indicated on the packaging.

    In the event of a manufacturing defect or packaging failure, the product will be replaced or refunded in accordance with applicable legislation.
